Lee Winter
Lee is one of the most experienced Tier 1 Special Forces operators in the world. He has deployed to combat zones around the world and extensively led training in both the military and civilian sectors.

Olga Winter
Olga has spent two decades in the enterprise risk management sector, which has involved substantial research and intelligence gathering in the open and discreet domains. She excels at utilising this information to coordinate risk mitigation protocols, providing comprehensive advice in order to de-risk your current projects and future endeavours, in both, the geopolitical and physical landscapes.
Clinical and operational lead
Andy Mawson
Andy is a pre-hospital critical care clinician with 25 years experience, 15 of those working in a Level 8 capability. He has a range of qualifications spanning clinical care and management and leadership, working at executive level. He has developed internationally regarded training in military, emergency service and civilian settings.
Medical Director
WP
WP is a highly experienced consultant in Emergency Medicine and Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine. He has worked in tactical medicine around the world and currently works with a number of highly-regarded air ambulance services.
Medical education lead
Matt Bowker
Matt is a doctor and experienced educator with over a decade teaching medical skills around the world. He specialises in simulation with an interest in technology-enhanced learning.
